Careers

Work where the numbers matter and the people do too.

Integral Movement is a young allied health team in Epping: exercise physiology, occupational therapy and dietetics under one roof, NDIS and DVA registered, growing fast. We are looking for clinicians who like testing, coaching and being trusted.

What it is like here

Small clinic. Big standards.

Small team, real say

A team of six, two directors on the floor every day. If something in the clinic annoys you, you can change it.

We test before we treat

Force plate, strength and balance numbers on every client. You practise the way the evidence says, not the way the timetable says.

Health and wellness budget

Every team member gets a yearly budget for training, gym, races or whatever keeps you moving.

We train together

The team is entered in HYROX Melbourne in December 2026, raising money for mental health. You do not have to race. You will probably want to.

Paid PD, monthly

Monthly professional development where clinicians rotate presenting. PD points covered, report writing done in paid time.

Three professions, one roof

Exercise physiology, occupational therapy and dietetics share clients and a lunch table. You learn faster next to people who do something different.

The team

Meet who you would work with.

Two directors who still see clients every day, a dietitian, an exercise scientist and a therapy assistant. Occupational therapy is joining the roof now.

Register your interest

Not seeing your role? Apply anyway.

We keep good people on file and call them first when something opens. Ten minutes, resume attached.
