How it works

• Ask your treating GP or specialist for a referral to exercise physiology.
• Send us your claim number, the agent’s name and your case manager’s contact details.
• We do the initial assessment and send a treatment plan to the agent for approval.
• Sessions are billed to the agent at the WorkSafe fee schedule. Reports and correspondence are billed at the schedule rates as well.

What the program looks like

We measure the physical demands of your job, test where you are now and build a graded program to close the gap. Progress is reported against work tasks, not just pain scores, so your case manager and doctor can see capacity changing.

Working alongside your other providers

We work with your GP, occupational rehabilitation provider and any other clinicians involved, so everyone is pulling in the same direction.
