NDIS and disability support

More than sore knees. Support for the whole person.

Integral Movement works with NDIS participants of all ages, from kids finding their feet to adults building independence. Exercise physiology, occupational therapy and dietetics, one team, one plan, in Epping or at home.

Three professions, one roof

Movement, daily living, nutrition.

Most participants only need one of us. Some need two or three. Either way you deal with one clinic, one service agreement and clinicians who talk to each other.

Exercise physiology

Strength, balance, coordination, fitness and confidence in movement. Falls, fatigue, weight and mental health support through structured activity. Clinic, home or community.

Occupational therapy

Everyday skills: getting dressed, handwriting, routines, sensory needs, play and school participation for kids; daily living, equipment and home set-up for adults. Waitlist is roughly 4 to 6 weeks.

Dietetics

Eating well with a disability: fussy or restricted eating, texture and swallowing modified diets, weight and gut health, meal planning that works for the whole household.

Kids and teens

How the first visit works.

Kids do not need to be sporty, confident or sitting still to do well here. We start with what they enjoy and build from there. Parents and carers stay in the room the whole time.

01

Say hello

A short call or the online enquiry. Tell us about your child, their plan and what they love doing.

02

First visit

Our space feels more like a lounge room than a clinic. We meet your child where they are at. No test to pass, you stay in the room.

03

Goals and plan

We agree on goals with you that match the NDIS plan, then write a service agreement. Sessions start, usually weekly or fortnightly.

04

Reports

Progress written in plain language against the goals, ready for plan reviews and support coordinators.

Adults

Independence you can measure.

Getting up from a chair without help. Walking to the shops. Cooking a meal. Holding down a job. We test where you are now, agree on goals that matter to you, and retest so your plan review shows what changed.

Funding

Registered, so any plan works.

Agency managed, plan managed or self managed. We invoice at the current NDIS price limits, write service agreements in plain English and bill report writing at the therapy rate. Also DVA, My Aged Care, WorkCover and TAC.
