Funded pathways we work with.
Most of our clients do not pay the full fee themselves. Here is how each scheme works, what you need to bring and who pays. Not sure which one applies to you? Call us and we will work it out.
NDIS
Integral Movement is a registered NDIS provider for exercise physiology, occupational therapy and dietetics.
DVA
Gold and White Card holders can see our accredited exercise physiologists with a referral from their GP.
WorkCover
If you have an accepted WorkCover claim, exercise physiology can be funded to rebuild strength and capacity for the tasks your job needs.
TAC
If you have a TAC claim, exercise physiology can help you rebuild strength, confidence and function after your injuries.
My Aged Care
Allied health through your aged care funding.
Private
No referral needed. Initial assessment $165 / 60 min, follow ups $104.50 / 40 min. Dietetics $104.50 / 40 min, occupational therapy $193 / 60 min.
FAQ
Common funding questions
Do you accept Medicare care plans?
Yes. With a Chronic Disease Management referral from your GP you can use up to five allied health visits a year. A Medicare rebate applies and there is a gap payment.
Can I claim on private health insurance?
Exercise physiology and dietetics are covered under extras on many policies. Bring your card and we can process the claim on the spot.
Do I need a referral to see you privately?
No. You can book straight in online or by phone.
Can I switch from private to funded sessions later?
Yes. If a claim or plan is approved after you start, we simply move your billing across.
